I do painting workshops!
Looking to explore your creative side a little more? How about a fun, team building event for your team at work? Did you leave the paint brushes behind in elementary school and always wanted to pick them back up again? Are you a regular artist looking to create in a social setting?
Whatever your experience level, beliefs about yourself as an artist, or goals for the evening, everyone is welcome to attend this unique event. We hope to have some fun, learn a little bit, and each walk away with a unique work of art to call your very own.
What will we explore in this session?
(Instructions are optional of course!)
· Color selection and surface preparation
· Using your tools; paint brushes, palette knives, and anything else you can find
· Creating form and definition
· Using intuition, emotion, and “your eye” as a guide
· Painting as an experience rather than a product

About the Instructor:
Your guide for the evening is our very own Ashley Cole. In addition to his work as a Learning and Development professional, Ashley is a father of three who still manages to create and paint in his free time. His work has shown north of Boston, including the Galleries at Lynn Arts and the Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts at Endicott College this summer. You can also find his mural work on Artists Row in Salem, MA.
